Nowadays, the need for the application of Agile approach and frameworks in solving problems is necessity. There is no successful project without good Project manager. For the Project manager to be a good in his/her job, it is not enough anymore to follow traditional practices, but to engage in changing the whole mindset toward the Agile way of thinking. Among many agile frameworks that are developed, SCRUM is most commonly used not only in IT but in many other industries.
What you will learn?
We will start in this course by explaining the transition from waterfall to agile and by giving the overview of the agile frameworks. Then, we will dive more deeper in the SCRUM as most commonly used framework. We will explain SCRUM basics and go through the scrum artifacts, roles and responsibilities and ceremonies. At the end of this intermediate course, we prepared for you a small and hopefully interesting game which will give you insights about SCRUM team organization and functioning through the iterations. In final chapter, there is a 20 question final assessment with situational questions.
