This is a spaced learning program designed with the intent of you taking 8 modules over 8 weeks. It is important that you pace yourself and have a chance to review materials, complete all the assignments and put the tools into practice, to give you the best chance for building a sustainable sobriety/recovery program.

Each module consists of a 15 - 20 minute video presentation and a number of downloadable exercises for you to complete.

By the end of Module 8 you will have completed over 60 exercises which will help you get clean and sober and develop a Recovery Plan to help you stay that way.
