You in this school of life will learn how to treat yourself with kindness, compassion, and love. In the beginning, you will do baby steps towards your freedom of knowledge that enslaves you. Firstly, you need to break your old behaviour patterns… did you know that the length of time we need to perform a new behaviour to turn it into a habit is three weeks? During these three weeks, I would like you to have a journal and write down questions that are challenges for you, so we will let your consciousness lead you to the answer. Moreover, I would like you to use affirmations. For instance, in the morning, you can tell yourself out loud when you are on your own, "Who I am is good enough". You tell yourself three these positive sentences, three times in a row.
Affirmations are beneficial because you speak to your subconscious mind, and it is like an obedient slave; it responds to what it is told.
Furthermore, all of us have a Spiritual Warrior within us, and this Warrior of Light has inner resources to help us overcome all life’s challenges. We humans do not know it, and we feel weak inside because of our ignorance. Yes, you have a Spiritual Warrior, and you need to be aware of it to make yourself stronger and happier in this life.
I will show you how to discover the power of love. When I talk about love. I am talking about the love towards inwards and outwards yourself, at all levels.
