Collaboration and Co-creation have become an imperative for all types of organizations. The skills to be able to bring different parties together in order to jointly produce a mutually valued outcome cannot be learned theoretically. This course gives participants the opportunity to put their ideas on the workbench and develop them collaboratively.

Please note that this is not a regular course where you consume and download information. This course is the application of your team skills in a self-organized way, an experience in itself that you can not get from a book. The experience is different and unique for every person where giving others feedback and reflecting about your own ways of doing things need to become part of your daily thoughts.

Your idea is too big to build it alone? Yes, of course it is.

Jutta is driven to support those great ideas that will not make it to the market because don't make it beyond your thoughts. It is about sharing our knowledge and complementing each others strengths. Not just because life's challenges are too complex to solve alone but also because doing stuff alone is no fun.

Course Content

The main goal and subject of this course is understanding and experiencing the process of value creation in a collaborative setting.

Participants introduce their idea and develop it with a team, so you'd be looking to find teammates; together you will take the first steps to build the foundation to turn your idea into reality.

The challenge is to go from your rough idea of the product or service you want to see in this world, and experience firsthand how it feels to grow and implement it.

You will:

• gain experience in entrepreneurial thinking

• exchange ideas with others

• practically design a foundation for a new product or service in a team

• gain insights by reflecting about the process; and

• pitch your idea

Course Goals

• First steps in entrepreneurial thinking.

• Understanding your creative confidence and individual strengths

• Experience why peer and self perception are key

• Practical evidence of your individual strengths and how to apply them in specific roles

• Learnings from self-reflection as an integral part of your evolution

There are two options of participation

• in team format: forming your own team or joining a team

• individually as dryland training for yourself

What is dryland training? It is the type of participation where you go through this course by yourself.

Does dryland training make sense? Yes, it makes sense because this course is aiming at developing two dimensions in parallel: building a foundation for your idea to grow, and developing your creative confidence and your entrepreneurial mindset.

Depending on your choice the weekly workload will be different. The team collaboration time is not included in the time estimate.
