DescriptionBy taking this course you will learn the secret of becoming an elite shooter. Great basketball shooters are made, not born. A good shooter requires excellent coaching and many hours of practice—at game speed. To be a great shooter, you must repeat the correct form thousands of times and have complete confidence in your shot. If you second guess yourself, you will miss shots.
This course was designed to teach the correct upper and lower body motor functions you need to master to become a proficient shooter. You will learn how to use the power of your legs and hips to create a force that will launch the basketball from various distances. You will also learn ball placement so that you no longer shoot a "flat" shot - this happens when you try to reach the rim. Once you finish the course you will have access to extra content.
This course is being taught by Coach Rod Mosby. He is a seasoned basketball trainer with over 10 years of experience developing individualized training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. He specializes in jump shot mechanics and in-game strategy. He is very passionate about helping people achieve their potential and reach their goals.
