This course teaches people in the United States how to purchase real estate as an owner occupant. More specifically, students will learn how to buy multifamily properties (2-4 Unit) that generate monthly cashflow. The course is structured into eight different Milestones that start by introducing the basic concepts of real estate all the way to showing you how to close on a property.

The content included in this course is based on my experience as a homeowner and a real estate agent. There are a number of tips provided that saved me thousand's of dollars throughout this process and I am sure it will do the same for the students.

I have spoken to a number of prospective buyers that work with agents that are not familiar with multifamily properties. This course is designed to provide students with supplemental knowledge that will offset anything your agent cannot help you with.
