This is an exciting eight-week video-based programme where we will dig deep into the core qualities of underpinning a non-conventional approach to personal and professional success. The Business Buddha Experience blends 2500 years of ancient wisdom together with business acumen, to create a powerful shift in mindset.

The Eight Arts of Becoming a Business Buddha have been carefully curated, designed to take you through a journey, exploring topics such as Awareness, Mindfulness, Courage, Confidence, Authenticity, Connection, Contribution and Living. We start by raising levels of awareness and end by focusing on creating sustainable habits that sustain the shift.

Each module will:

• Explore the science behind the thinking.

• Bring you an experience demonstrating the how.

• Leave you with some practical tips as to how you can start to bring these to life straight away personally and professionally.

• In equal measure we turn inwards and use the power of reflection, inquiry and creation to move you forwards, the difference is you define the path.
