Reiki is gentle healing modality with profound results. It heals the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person. Ridding us of what is no longer serving us on a cellular level. Not only does it heal but it also expands our consciousness too!

This course is an in depth and easy to digest Reiki Level I training. Reiki level 1 in an introduction to reiki and you will learn the traditional methods of practicing so you can start your self-healing journey straight away! The first level focuses on the healing of the practitioner but we will also cover how to perform reiki on others.

You will learn all about the energetic systems of the body and how they relate to reiki healing. On my reiki journey I found mindfulness to be extremely beneficial so I have added in mindfulness practices too and a journal filled with prompts to assist you on your transformation.

You will also receive your attunements and unlock your natural healing abilities. You will be supported on your self-healing journey and by the end will be confident start your own reiki practice.
