Body Weight Training
All of the trainings you will see in this course are prepared with the exercises you will do with your body weight only. You will not need equipment like chimney bar, dips iron or shuttle stand. In this way, you can do the exercises at home, in the park, at the hotel and everywhere.
Core Training
In this training, you will have a flexible, strong and shaped central area with exercise systems and body weight exercises to learn. Body weight exercises effectively run your core area.
Trainings Per Level
You may be a beginner or more experienced. I have set up programs for you as beginner, intermediate and advanced. As time progresses, you will be able to find higher programs in this course. In this way, you will be able to use the information you will learn for long periods of time.
Progressive Loading and Cycle
You will be able to apply different levels of difficulty in different programs thanks to the progressive load and cycle approach. The terming approach is the use of short cycles such as maximal force, hypertrophy and fat burning by placing them according to the purpose in annual programs. You will be able to find annual plans for your purpose in the course program and work for your own goals.
Within the course program, you will be able to find all the details about maximal force, hypertrophy and fat burning, and you will be able to see the programs suitable for the levels.
Basic Knowledge
You will learn the necessary information such as heating and cooling in the course program. In this way, you will be able to do more efficient training.
Number of Repeats, Rest Time and Contraction Stages
How many repeats do I have, which is one of the biggest complexities? How many sec do I rest? Is it fast or slow? I have explained in detail the repetition numbers, rest periods and contraction phases that are specific to each period. You only stayed to apply.
