The course is made up of 16 short videos that will teach you about newborn babies' eating habits, how to recognize hunger cues, you'll learn about different breastfeeding positions and will better understand how breastfeeding works, regarding the woman's body and milk production and your baby's needs. You'll learn about basic breastmilk pumping and about the connection between breastfeeding and birth-control.
