Description
We are all perfectly imperfect. Throughout the experiences we collect throughout life, we also collect unhelpful attitudes, habits and behaviours. We do also have the seed of consciousness, a power within us to recognise these and sketch a different pathway ahead towards our passion, our purpose, and ultimately our vision.
That’s what we aim to do with this programme. To identify what may have been slowing you down, to get really present and into a flow state, and to share insights, tools and processes to support you get really clear on your vision and steps to get there.
The 7 session course is designed to take from beginning to end, and each sections video has a read me section first so you know what you’ll need and what to expect from the session. The sessions are integrated with Yoga and Meditation practises which have been designed to be open to all, some coaching techniques and some self-study too via workbooks accessible through each sessions video. We access all parts of our consciousness, strengthening our neural pathways and getting our hands dirty creatively.
THE SESSIONS: What to expect?
Opening:
It’s here you’ll be introduced to the course in detail, what basic materials you’ll need to gather, the process and what to expect. There’s a practise here tailored to your Doshic Type to get to the right energetic space to begin.
Session 1 : Where are you at?
We begin by understanding and identifying a little about what it is that has brought you here today. You might have an idea of where you want to get to already, or you might be looking to define one. Wherever you’re at - we’ll use an exercise together and a self study Core Beliefs workbook too to get really clear and identify what you’re dealing with or hoping for.
Session 2: You the inhibitor
Using a short Pranayama breathing exercise to start this session off, this is where we start to explore what came up for us in our Core Beliefs workbook and introduce what limiting beliefs are, how they are formed, and tuning in to how our own limiting beliefs could be manifesting.
Session 3: Cultivating self awareness
This session is all about understanding our self awareness - how we are in life, our external perception vs our internal, and really understanding where we’re at today because of the experiences of the past. We’ll work through a regression exercise, talk through some theory, look at how thoughts create things, and then introduce you to the workbook for this session.
Session 4: Your foundation
We’re going to shift our energy now to focusing on that which we do want. We start with an aura cleansing practise using seating breathing and movement to remove mental obstacles before moving onto using the work from Sessions 3’s Core Values workbook to shape the foundations from which to build from. Knowing our values really help with our wellbeing, when we’re working congruently with them, we are working from our most authentic self.
Session 5: Your passion & purpose
We all journey through our lives searching for purpose, feeling desperate for a sense of connection, to understand what we’re really truly on this earth to be doing. Do you ever feel like there’s been something “missing” or that you’re not completely passionate about what you spend your time doing?
When we’re unsure of our purpose in life, it becomes increasingly difficult to move forwards. This is the section of the course to establish who you really are at the core and what motivates you. You have your bedrock of values to live by now, but now we need to understand what it is that will give you passion and purpose. You need to meet yourself again, as if for the first time, to see what it is you’re in this body, this amazing collection of cells for.
Session 6: The Vision
The greatest vision we can have for our future isn’t what we go on to do, but more about who we go onto become and embody. And when we’re clear on what that vision is, it makes it much easier to get there.
You may have heard of vision setting, it’s an extremely powerful mental tool we have in our tool box to keep us focused on the path ahead. Through vision setting and visualisation, we can retrain our neural pathways to imprint a new focus and conscious awareness. In this Session we explore the power of manifestation.
Session 7: Lifeful living
We can’t THINK our way to our vision, we have to take ACTION. The more we take action, the more our purpose & vision becomes clearer to us. Now we focus on how to embody the this wisdom, in such a way that the power of it’s guidance becomes stronger than the distractions, fears, and doubt that undermine our ability to courageously follow our truth. That aha moment. The objective here in this section - is to align with your vision, and get clear on your intention and actionable stepping stones to get there starting from today.
Closing:
We wrap up the course reviewing all of the amazing work you’ve invested and take an exercise to bond your vision and lifeful plan to you before finishing with a meditation practise to become the powerful embodiment of who you truly are.
The course itself is5 hours long and will enable you to make changes from today.
