After completing the course, you will be able to build a simple database in MS Access. The real benefit of this course is that you will also learn how to adapt the database and use the power of MySQL technology so that anybody with internet access will be able to use the database remotely.

This is not a comprehensive course into the theory of MS Access. The idea is to build a database quickly in MS Access with the bare minimum and then from there, see how easy it is to adapt it for use with MySQL.
