Practical dance steps which you can use in your program or performance are shown here in short brief descriptive demonstrations.

Hand movements are shown first, then the entire move and finally the leg steps, alone for the student to learn how to synchronise the complete step.

In the theory section, we learn about the textbook lessons on it, put down by learned masters and teachers in the field.

The practical and theory sections are divided in the course into approximately 50% each to make up the whole finished course syllabus.
