Reflecting on your life, what you want, and who you want to show up as is some of the most important self-work that you can do - and yet, we don't tend to do it enough.

In this course, I will be taking you through some visioning and reflecting exercises designed to help you gain clarity, feel inspired, and create the life you truly want. This is a great course to take if right now you are bored, you don't know what to do next, or you're just lacking direction and need some inspiration.

We're going to go through a series of exercises that I extracted from my book, Change Maker's Manifesto, that focus on figuring out your life vision and values.

Explore a personal empowerment wheel analysis for your life, complete a perfect day exercise, and learn a program I call the weekly 7 daily 3 rituals. Also get a ton of examples, ideas, and inspiration that are easy to follow.

In this course, you will:

• Explore why goal setting is important and why it’s worth your time

• Daily & weekly goal setting

• Discover the fundamentals of goal setting

• Master the goal-setting framework

• Identify your current top 3-5 goals at work and make them SMART

• Create a realistic plan to meet your newly set goals

Using a combination of worksheets, books, downloadable PDFs, checklists, and other resources to help you through this process, by the end of this course, you’ll have a manageable list of goals and steps to take to reach them.
