You will be taught various associations with your ajna (third eye), including relationships between your physical senses and several of your clairsenses (of which clairvoyance is only one). You will experience some embodied exercises to help you determine your primary clairsense, while recognizing that with practice you can develop all of your clairsenses. In addition, you will hear briefly how imagination is often considered to reside in 4D living (living in the 4th dimension, or realm), as well as discover some relationships among empaths, intuitives and highly sensitive persons.

Well, then, what is clairvoyance? It is one of the clairabilities that have been passed down from antiquity through the centuries to us, and they are related to the human energy field. You will be given some insight into the traditional Hindu image of the ajna, which includes the moon; and, once you have seen the image, you will be given a guided "moonlight" meditation. This guided meditation will include one of my favourite ways of grounding, that I call “Grounding in the Heart of the Mountain”. The human energy field encompasses your chakras and your aura, and it articulates with the universal energy field. Universal white light and the white light of the moon are highlighted in this course. The human chakras are the spinning wheels of energy that house the human energy we receive, both receiving and disseminating that energy. Many parts of the bodymind, including the clairabilities, are often associated with the various chakras – though all the chakras work together. For example, the root chakra houses our feelings of security and stability, and is very necessary to ground ourselves – so this is why I will give you the guided meditation that I call “Grounding in the Heart of the Mountain”. As another example, our abilities to speak our own truth, and also to listen well, are often considered to reside in the throat chakra – and, since listening relates to clairaudience, we will spend some time on this. Many of the chakra associations, though, are beyond the scope of this course, though some will be briefly mentioned as we focus our attention on how to further develop and strengthen our clairvoyant abilities. To do this, we will focus on the third eye chakra, the sixth of the seven major chakras that are often identified as being at the core of the human energy system. This chakra (Chakra 6), then, for this course and for my other chakra teachings, is a very rich source – a mother-lode!

Once you have been taught to ground in heart of mountain while basking in the light of the moon, you will move on to immersing yourself, including your aura (or biofield), in the indigo color of the ajna. The white moonlight energy can combine with your indigo ajna energy, all while you remain grounded in the earth’s energy that I refer to as “heart of mountain”.

These teachings also include an introduction to some different embodied ClairPractices, in which I guide you to move through your imagination, in “free flow” with whatever arises for you. That may be visuals, sounds, feelings, symbols, etc. – and the idea is to help get your energy flowing in your third eye.

We will pull it all together… when we bask in the white light of the moon, while immersing in the indigo energy of the ajna… when we explore subtle associations, feeling clairsentiently with the green energy of the heart chakra, and listening clairaudiently with the blue sky colour of the throat chakra… when we also look at lesser known clairsenses, such as clairgustance and clairsalience, and why they may be important in our quest to develop and strengthen our ajna.

And with this, you can begin to create your own Ajna Plan. As a bonus, you will experience an advanced guided meditation to help determine your primary clairsense, while knowing that you can develop and strengthen all of your clairsenses. This bonus – this advanced “Rainforest of Glory” guided meditation – leads to the final message of this course: that you are your own inner guidance and wisdom, and that you are whole.
