Clinical Pharmacy from zero to HERO is a video course as a review of Clinical Pharmacy Basics. I focused on the most common principles of Clinical Pharmacy that impact the clinical care of patients aiming to Optimize the pharmaceutical care process and improve the patient's quality of life.

So, when I became able to form an overall practical point of view about this topic, Clinical Pharmacy, I decided to pass what I have learned to help someone else.
