This course aims to impart essential skills to trainers, teachers, instructional designers to structure and present their courses using Cognitive theory. The students will be able to design specific activities and interactions based on cognitive principles. This course brings in the teachings of many eminent scientists in learning psychology and education such as Jerome Bruner, Jean Piaget, David Asubel and others. Using the theory in a practical manner, this course enables the students to design their own training or courses to improve retention of the concepts taught, to present the concepts in a structured and logical manner and to ensure the content is delivered in an easy manner.
