In Yoruba Land, Folklore (Directly translated to as “Alo” in Yoruba Language) is a series of specially crafted stories, often rendered when the night falls. It is otherwise known as “Ere Osupa” in Yoruba Language. Each Folklore features a special character which elderly ones personifies as human, so as to teach youngers one, give advice and for proper upbringings.
