Vision is a complex and abstract concept and misunderstood by most. Using this term in the sense of a Corporate vison needs definition and most successful serial entrepreneurs use a vastly different definition and concept than the mass media, education industry and others. This course defines a vision in a useful way and explains how powerful and necessary a vision is and how to use it to build a successful company and optimize your team’s productivity, alignment and effectiveness to all arrive at the same place months and years later.

We will also explore how human psychology and potential are activated by visions, when properly communicated. We will also discuss other important concepts like the “Core” of a business, what Jim Collins calls “The Hedgehog Concept” and Simon Sinek calls the “Why” behind that.
