This course provides students with an unconventional knowledge about Economics. It works with and provides a justification for these hypotheses: H0: there is no relationship between economic sectors, supply chain, demand and supply.

H1: there is a relationship between economic sectors, supply chain, demand and supply.

The outcome reveals the acceptance of H1(alternative hypothesis) and the rejection of H0 (null hypothesis).

There is no supply chain without customer demand. Without supply chains, economic sectors will have no platform to operate upon. This displays the interconnectivity of these variables.

Almost everything (if not everything) is influenced by the forces of demand and supply. If no demand is placed, suppliers will have no one to supply to.

Students are encouraged to view the activities that unfold around them from the perspective of demand and supply. It doesn't end there. But it is a good starting point.

This course also showcases the potency of Economics. If you have never been a proud Economist, I think you would be one after you take this course. Why? you may ask. Well, Economics is one subject that co-exists with other professions. Meaning, it is practically present in every field.
