Starting with a look at the concepts of vapor pressure and boiling point, the participant will then be introduced to Raoult's Law and the notion of the azeotropic point. The concept of Heads, Hearts and Tails is then explored using a simple, but powerful, visual graphic. Lastly, this course concludes with a look at various brands of stills available to the craft distiller.
