The course has recently been given 1 and 2 star ratings from a number of learners without comments for some reason. I am not sure why this is. I have thanked each person and asked for some feedback that will help me to improve the course and offers of help in understanding the material . I have had no response and so I am unable to address any issues within the course.

Interestingly, understanding the DISCpreferences can explain why people leave low ratings without comments. This behaviour is discussed within the course.
