This course offered by DGM invites managers to explore the connection between Doing Good and business prosperity in the context of global changes. DGM is a social enterprise whose goal and vision are to create a value-based world where people and organizations think good, speak good and do good. It is based on The Doing Good Model, which demonstrates how successful organizations that are driven by meaning, give their employees a sense of value, and promote social impact and environmental protection – can, are, and will continue to be business-thriving organizations.

It inspires learners to connect to their own values and to implement them in their work, through a unique model, developed within the Arison Group based on over twenty years of experience within the Arison Group in private and public companies, as well as in philanthropy and non-profit organizations, and together with academic teams from four leading schools, including Harvard, George Mason College, Thunderbird and Babson College. The model, founded in 1997 by the businesswomen and philanthropist Shari Arison, is thoughtfully explained throughout the course by David Arison, DGM Executive Chairman, and Shira Bar-On, DGM Content Developer & Facilitator.
