Therefore, is important to learn a feedback communication method that you can apply anytime, that will help you construct not destruct relationships.
Feedback is the foundation of communication. My 18 years of management experience, and as a psychologist being in therapy room with patients, has made me build my own method called PSCI feedback communication method, that can be used in private and professional relationships to improve communication.
The fear of giving and receiving feedback is very real for some and needs to be dealt with delicacy.
