Each section starts with a breath technique followed by a journaling exercise. The breath techniques help your body get into a relaxed and receptive state. When your system is too stressed, it is difficult to shift into clarity of what you want and being open to receiving it. Conscious breathing shifts that in just a couple of minutes.
The journaling exercises work to expand your imagination, and then hone in on precisely what you want. The first two sections are free-writing exercises to open up the pathways to what you'd like to call in. The following two sections are to get clear on what you want and how you will feel when you have it. The final section is about gratitude - the ultimate acknowledgment of manifestation and signal that you are appreciative and aware of all you have received so far.
The magic of this course is the integration that is created between what you think, your emotions, and the signal your body is sending. When all three of these are aligned, you are already in a state of manifestation. The outer world will follow suit.
