I have dedicated my life to serving my country, my community, my church, and my family, and I have learned that anyone can do anything if they can believe in themselves. After many years of studying and doing research I have developed this basic book on various modalities, techniques, and practices to help you to live your best life! Most people will make excuses on why they are not successful, and why life’s obstacles have held them back. I honestly believe anyone can be successful and live the life they dream of if they apply themselves, set attainable goals, live life without excuses, and be accountable for their thoughts, words, and actions in every area of their lives. Too many people blame their parents, environments, educational level, or economic status on why they cannot be phenomenally successful lives, but today NO MORE EXCUSES!
