The Everything You Need to Know for the SAT Writing/Lang Section course provides everything you need to know to do well on the SATWriting and Language Section. Included are grammar lessons for the commonly tested grammar on the SAT, lessons on paragraph structure questions, lessons on stylistic concepts within the section, and various techniques for approaching the passages and questions. You will be able to follow along through video lectures, content quizzes, and downloadable handouts.

This course is intended to be accessible by beginning students or those towards the beginning of their SAT prep. But. others who may be further along in their test prep can also get a lot out of this course since it is so comprehensive.

First, the course will cover grammar concepts, starting at the word level, moving up to the clause/phrase and sentence level and then the multi-sentence level. Then, you will be given a look at structure concepts that cover how paragraphs should be arranged and concepts like main idea. Finally, the course will go over style concepts: what the makers of the SAT, Collegeboard, are looking for as far as tone, wordiness, and word choice.

The Writing and Language section can be difficult at first if you are not familiar with all the grammar rules and don't know what Collegeboard is looking for in their answers. This course will provide you with all of that, helping you perform well on your test.
