Some roadblocks that are common to most of the exporters. They are

1. Tried everything but not sure where I am stuck without progress:

You could be experienced in your business or new to export business after years of experience in corporate world. You have tried every strategy, opportunity, events, programs, foreign trade diplomats, visiting many countries, YouTube videos or popular trainings on exports. You have even attended some exhibitions or buyer-seller meetings. Yet, you are not able to figure out the missing link in your own exports success.

2. Member of different B2B portals but no quality export inquiries:

You joined the B2B portals for the leads after seeing some relevant inquiries for your products. You have sent enough emails but there is no reply from the buyers. You find it difficult to keep uploading different product details hoping to get export order. There is no proper support from the B2B portal after becoming the member.

3. Not sure how to find (enough/genuine) buyers/importers:

This is the most common challenge for the (new or experienced) exporters. Finding buyers through custom data, country visits, B2B portals, exhibitions, digital marketing, agents are either expensive or outdated. You fear losing money on these methods without any results. You believe there could be some better way to find buyers. But you are too busy to learn or try anything new.

4. Too many export inquiries but no conversion into export order:

You have very good buyers database. You are good at networking. You are also receiving replies to your emails. The buyers are so good to you till receiving a quotation. But you are not able to convert it into export orders. Because of the payment term or price negotiation or no reply from the buyer after sending the quotation.
