DescriptionMy name is Vern Tompke and porn played a destructive role in my life for far too long. The Finding Traction Course is a 52 Week Wholistic Course designed to help someone who wants to break free from the negative effects of compulsive porn use. Each 15-20 minute video cycles between topics that foster your understanding of this common struggle, topics that help you find support systems to aid you in your struggle, or finally, healing topics around areas that have fueled your struggle. Each lesson comes with helpful worksheets to help you apply the material to your unique situation. Whether or not you are in your late teens or somebody who is entering retirement, the material can help you both break away from the destructive patterns of porn in your life and, more importantly, more toward the life and relationships that you have always hoped for. The material is best used in conjunction with the podcast 'Finding Traction" which can be found on most podcasts apps. The material can also be used individually, jointly with a recovery partner, or as part of one of the various online groups that I run that can be easily found by connecting with me personally. Here's to a successful recovery and a much much better life!
