'Foreever Healthy' is an wellness living program designed by Yogacharya Jaydev Barik for all ages of people irrespective of their prior yoga practice. This program is structured in such a way that people practicing this everyday always feel energetic, creative, active all the time 24hours. This makes one to focus more on the productivity side rather than worrying about one's health issues.
If you are struggling with your health issues and become very much worried after trying different health & fitness program, online and offline yoga courses, energy healing program and many more but still waiting for the results to come then you are at the right place. This scientifically proven yogic exercises, asanas, and meditation techniques will solve all your health problem whether you are a house holder, corporate worker or a business man.
If you feel you don't have any health issues then its fine. You can still take this course to boost your energy level up and keep maintaining it for 24 hours with no doubt.
How to use this Course:
Level 1
*It is strongly recommended to practice these lessons on an empty stomach. If you would like to have something very light then you can have it at least 2 hours before the practice starts.
1. Make a habit of waking up at 6 am in the morning initially. Take a cold shower (provided that the climate is warm) and get ready for the meditation at 6:30 am.
2. Find a calm and peaceful place in your house or anywhere outside of your house as per the convenience. The corner of your room will also work this purpose. If you have a yoga mat that's great otherwise any mat would work. Sit on your mat and follow the instructions of guided meditation 'Meditation on Peace' on Section 2. Initially you can practice the meditation for 5-10 minutes and gradually increase the time as per your capacity.
3. After completion of your meditation get ready for the asana class at 7 am. To practice the asanas you would need little bigger space and preferably an open area. If you don't have an open area then you can find some space in your house as well provided that windows are open. Now sit on your mat and follow the instructions of 'Aum Chanting' first lesson of the Section 1 and then continue...
4. Each exercises and asanas can be practiced for 5 times if you like. You can hold the posture for 10-20 seconds for better results at a later stage of your practice.
5. Soon after completion of your practice you can have your breakfast. Add 2-3 table spoons of boiled peanuts and some fruits with your breakfast always. Close your breakfast with a prayer as below:

Just for today, I will respect to all living beings

6. It is recommended to practice the lessons as it is and in the order as given in the Section 1 and Section 2.
Daily schedule:
6:00 am - Wake Up, 6:30-7:00 am - Guided Meditation, 7:00-7:45 am - Asana Practice, 07:45-08:15 am - Breakfast
