I've been passionate about cooking since I started when I was 13, asking my mom for recipes and experimenting was my first approach to this beautiful art.

After 3 years working my way up in Italian restaurants, I moved to London to broaden my culinary skills , where I got the chance to experiment Worldwide cuisines and get passionate about them.
