For anyone who has ever been, or is currently going through a not-easy (i.e. "difficult") relationship break-up (please note that I know that not many break-ups are easy but I like more positive statements - I will discuss more about this language in the course). This course is intended to help you transform your hurt experience into one that brings joy to yourself and the people around you. Hard to believe this is so? I'm living proof! I will take you through the learning I have gained through the last few years of my own healing. With lots of reading reading that I've done (likely over 35 books in my healing time alone), several courses from Grief Recovery, to Mindfulness training, to a 6-month intensive training from Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng... I think you will save yourself a lot of time by learning at least some of the pearls that I have gleaned through my process.
After (and sometimes during) a difficult relationship, people will come to a place of utter despair, fear and emotional distress. In such times they will often frantically look for some understanding and often some help from friends, family, and/or healthcare providers. The best help anyone can give themselves is learning how to better care for ourselves through our own experiences. If the proper tools are acquired, I have seen in my own experience, and helped many through their experiences - an ability to heal through the experience is possible. And it's not about just healing - this course is designed to be a resource to help train students how to work through disappointments that can be experienced through any relationships and is intended to help students create healthier habits for creating and experiencing happy relationships.
After 21 years of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor, I now share such training with clients regularly through Grief Recovery and Brain Re-Training work. This course provided some of the training I have seen effectively helping my clients for years. I hope that the suggestions will help train students with easy reference to the tips again and again. The reviewing of the lectures will help students learn tools to help a work through small or big disagreements in a mindful and compassionate manner. Practicing these tips regularly will create healthier and happier interactions with friends, family and even complete strangers. Gratitude is a powerful healing force.
