This course is suitable for students studying leadership; and for executives and new managers who want to understand further about leadership's roles and functions. Some aspects of leadership skills are also shared in this course. At the end of the course students will be able to differentiate between the functions of leaders and managers; and how they can benefit the organization if they are able to be effective leaders. Influencing techniques which is core to leadership ability is also shared in this course. The aspects of team and building relationship is also shared in one of the lectures.
