We focus on the main types of licensing option available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We look at the requirements for each option, and how to choose the right one. You will then learn about core platform structure. We look at the entities, relationships, modules, and internal structure of the platform. Throughout this course we create a trial online environment for use during the course, look at out-of-the-box functional modules, and get a better understanding of the main platform components.

By the end of the course, you will be able to use proper terminology, communicate effectively with system implementers, and understand the relationships between the various technical and functional elements.
