This course is for business owners looking to achieve positive business milestones this year. The focus of this course is to learn how to set and achieve goals by using the business plan outline and weekly, monthly and annual goal keeping sheets provided in the workbook accompanying each lecture.

•You will learn how to set meaningful and realistic goals for your business.
•You will be taught the two main reasons that goals are not achieved and will understand the solutions to finally achieving these once unattainable goals.
