In this course you'll learn how to navigate the new normal. Why your whole life has been preparing you for life changing events like the one we experienced with Covid. Don't believe me? Think of a time in your life where everything changed. Where you saw your parents differently. They stopped being your heroes. The time you were left heartbroken and thought the person you'd spend the rest of your life with all of a sudden felt like a stranger. That job you worked years in and perhaps put all your time and effort into all of a sudden laid you off. Times like these are where we question everything and everyone. Most of all we question who we are and what our purpose really is. If you felt like you've lost a sense of self, your identity, your purpose, or wondered (or had doubts about) what your next move would be you've gone into what's called a life transition.
The best thing about the Covid is that we're going through this Pandemic together. Life transitions can be very lonely, isolating, and only a few people really can empathize with what you're going through. This is because we go through them (life transitions) at different times in our lives. Life altering events and life transition also brings up past traumas, fears of abandonment, and oftentimes that can lead to depression, it also lowers your immune system. Which is a scary thing to think about at a time like this.
The good thing like I mentioned we're going through it together, so everyone in the world literally gets it and understands. The other good news is courses like these and the time you've been gifted to sit down and do some much needed introspection and self care. This course was born from my own struggle after I had a major life transition in my life that led to depression. I was lost, uneducated/unaware about what was happening to me, not realizing that life transitions are completely normal and in a small or big way signal a need for a change, a need for introspection, and a time to take action even if that means downtime like it did in this pandemic.
I would have loved a course that broke down what was happening to me, that normalized it, and focused on the need for mental health , self-care, introspection, and healing. I would have appreciated some steps and some direction to what I can do next. Most of all some tools for taking action and breaking through what was happening to me. So I created this 28 day course for women like you, and others that feel lost and in need of some clarity.
As with anything I create, my hope is that with this course at the very least it helps you gain some clarity, and at most that it helps you start to transform from the inside out. So you are able to live life from a more intentional, purpose filled, and healed place.
