About the Author
Luke Mathers is an architect and CRM consultant and has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 3.0 (released near the end of 2005). In that time, he has designed and implemented dozens of projects in multiple geographies and across many industries.
Some of these projects included worldwide software deployments, where training users across different languages, job functions, and cultures was a critical success factor.
