This course introduces the 9-part framework and step-by-step roadmap of the actionable tools needed to heal depression naturally.
The 9 modules are separated into 3 sections: Mental, Emotional and Physical.
Each section includes 3 modules and every module builds on the previous one to complete the journey.
Depression can be a painful and confusing space to live in and the intention of this course is to bring more clarity to your healing journey by teaching tools you can use to support yourself.
Here is a summary of the 9 modules:
Module 1: Purpose
We dive into your whole life story & identify the experiences that got you where you are today. This module is about meeting yourself where you're at with kindness & deciding who you want to become.
Module 2: Routine
We assess how you set yourself up for the day & how you prepare for a nights sleep. This module is about getting ideas for morning & evening routines and trying things out to see what works best.
Module 3: Mindset
We learn from your experiences how you developed the set of beliefs you have today. This module is about evaluating how each belief serves you & deciding what to keep moving forward and what to ditch.
Module 4: Emotions
We learn the fundamentals of emotions and feelings and how to handle them effectively. This module is about realising what we can control and then changing the way emotions influence us.
Module 5: Confidence
We get into the myths and truths of confidence and how to truly create it in your life. This module is about learning exactly how to take messy action, build courage and follow your fears.
Module 6: Relationships
We discuss the different ways to communicate within a relationship & also with yourself. This module is about learning to be vulnerable & strong and closing the gap between expectation & reality.
Module 7: Habits & Triggers
We get clear on what habits you need to create the life you want and the triggers that keep getting in the way. This module is about building sustainable new habits & handling obstacles in your way.
Module 8: Self-Care
We learn about excellent habits as well as terrible ones to get your self-care on point. This module helps you to determine which habits best serve you moving forward, and which don't.
Module 9: Healing
We discuss various healing options available to start with. This module goes into the how of realigning your energy and clearing your own traumas so you can begin to relieve the depression you're in.
