The practices include a diverse range of movement as well as relaxation and breathing techniques which have long since been used in Yogic traditions to release stress and relax the nervous system. Thus targeting helping to release tension in multiple ways. You'll also learn how different areas of the body can also add to stresses and strains and how to 're-inform' daily movement habits to help bring awareness to your functional movements.
The way to use this course (recommended) 2 videos per week, for one month with a bonus video at the end. The course can be repeated and various videos revisited for optimum results regular practice is key.
All the techniques have been tried and tested with many students over a few years. I have devised these techniques and targeted multiple parts of the body that can contribute to creating muscle tension in the Lumbar Spine. I hope that you find this as useful as my students and would love to hear your feedback.
