Or why some people look younger than they are, or seem to never get sick.

If not you've probably told yourself that it's not your fault.
You just need to do a better job of counting calories or to eat even less fat.
But at what point do we ask the obvious question.
What if the problem isn't us, but the advice?
That's why I created this course.
I want to finally give you the power to make better choices that can give you more health and energy.
And to give you a better grasp of health than almost anyone you know, including probably your doctor.
My goal for this course is to give you everything that matters.
From reading 31 books on health, probably around 10000 pages worth, in 59 minutes or less.
Here's exactly how we're going to do that.
First, we're going to bust the three monster myths, that are sabotaging any chance you have of maximizing your health.
Second, we're going to eliminate the three healthy foods, that are actually causing almost every problem we face today as far as health. And no they're probably not what you think.
And third, you're going to learn the three simple things you can do today to add life-giving food to your diet.
Foods that will keep you younger longer.
Foods that can keep you off medication or prescription drugs.
Foods that give you life.
In other words, this course is short and simple because there's no fluff.
But on this journey together we'll go from perhaps not knowing much about health. Being confused, or doing things that we think are healthy, but are really not.
To become someone different, someone, who has powerful control over health and well-being.
