It takes 1000 to 3000 Hebrew words in your vocabulary in order to be a fluent Hebrew speaker by definition. This course will take you the first 4% of the way to fluent Hebrew speaker, in addition to equipping you with the tools you’ll need to complete the journey: That is, upon completion of the course you’ll be able to read and write the Hebrew alphabet, and read the Hebrew nikkud signs (vowels), off by heart (without having to complete extra activities or homework outside of the course video content itself).

This Hebrew course is an easy and engaging course where all of the learnings and memorizing is done together as a part of the actual course so that you know the Hebrew alphabet, vowel signs, how to read and write in Hebrew (in both print and the beginnings of cursive), how to hold a basic introductory conversation in modern Hebrew, and be equipped with the foundations of Biblical Hebrew; without any additional time investment beyond the physical length of the course.

By the end of the course you’ll be able to participate in a basic modern Hebrew conversation, conduct a Biblical Hebrew word or phrase (passok) study, and read Biblical Hebrew with ease.
