The course consists of three major components:

Study sabotage: In this section, you will look at common problems that students face that sabotage their learning, then look at ways to avoid them. In your assignment for this section you'll list all of the ways you study, and analyze them to understand whether they are helping or hindering your progress.

Effective use of your notes: In this section you'll learn to avoid the trap of reading your notes and thinking that you're studying. I'll teach you quick and effective ways to use your notes to increase your learning. In the assignment for this section you will practice effective use of your notes.

Effective use of practice problems: In this section you'll learn about the use of practice problems and how they can help or hinder your progress. You'll learn to ask good questions, and in your assignment for this section you'll work on writing an email to an instructor that asks a good, actionable question to increase your learning.
