This course is focused on recruiters and hiring managers who are struggling to find, keep, and nurture their development team. While the specific material is focused on coders, you can apply these ideas to your niche with just an ounce of imagination. First, we will discuss the goals outlined in this course. Then we will take a look at the old way of hiring, the method you are probably using right now. We will discuss in detail why that method is flawed. Then we will walk through a new hiring process:one that has been created and tested by a veteran recruiter with over 30 years of executive recruiting experience! Finally, we will discuss how to onboard, train, and build trust with your new recruit. Lastly, we discuss how to get different members of your team to work together. Many of the ideas presented in this course were originally written in my book, "Don't Hire Me." We will walk through all of the ideas presented in my original book and expand on them.
