What you'll learn- How a life of constant joy looks like

DescriptionThe course covers a simple path to constant joy that is verifiable via direct experience. The course focuses on direct experience and is suitable for those willing to explore and learn via their own experiences. It points students and shows the way to living a life of constant joy. Students are invited to rely upon the Inner Knowingness that already knows the way to joy via daily contemplations at the end of each lesson. Students are shown how one becomes aware of behaviour that serves joy and that which does not. Students are offered "The path of least Action" to aligning behaviour and inner attitudes with constant joy. That is, as is understood by the instructor, the path which has the least effort for the greatest results. There are no quizzes or challenges to engage students here. The experience is highly unique to each individual. Lastly, all material is based on personal experience and application. The subjective experience of the instructor can be best described as living in a magical wonderland where the trees dance and the birds sing. The realm of love approaching the Kingdom ofHeaven where functioning is no longer possible due to the profound beauty radiating from all things. Thus, this experiential reality is possible for anyone who values it and this is but one pathway to it.
Students are advised to one section per day. At the end of each section, a daily contemplation is given as a point of focus. This is an opportunity to just be with an object of contemplation (a statement) as though it is a dear friend. Nothing is required to be done about it. Just bring the statement to mind throughout the day as naturally occurs to you. More often than less yet without obsession or strain. Hold it in mind and let this dear friend reveal their truth to you. This dear friend does not want you to figure them out, it wants you to just be with them and hear their truth. Be open to learning it. This process will be explained in the introduction video. Students have access to the Facebook page (linked in the resources of introduction) to ask questions and share their experiences.
