In every job you apply for,you have to face an interview. Whether an interview is simple or complex, by one person or group of people is irrelevant when you have the inherent confidence in yourself, then you can face any interview at any place and at any time of the day. Ask yourself only two questions, like why do you want to join this organization? Thinking alone about the answer to the question won't help you, you need to think and write down at least ten reasons. Then, ask why should the organization where you are applying for the job, should recruit you? For this, write down not ten, but twenty-five reasons. You may ask why should I do this? How it will help me in the interview process? It is too much tedious work. You will realize its value and importance once you answer these two questions with full dedication and seriousness. What this small exercise will do, will be much more than any motivational videos or talks that you will require for getting the required success. You will have absolute clarity about your requirement and the organization's requirement before you go for the interview. That clarity will be visible in the way you will conduct yourself at the interview.
