Hi, my name is Mascheria. I would like to share with you what I went through with my mother who had Parkinson's. And ways to help deal with it. From the foods to feed them up to when they keep you up all night. In this class, you will learn from what I went through for 7 years. I had to learn so many things on my own. And I wanted to teach as many people as I could. Parkinson's can be very easy to control but you have to have the right set of mind. You can not let your loved ones see you cry. If they start talking about death you can not get emotional about it, not in front of them.

Sometimes they will get so depressed until it's like what can I do. And the only thing you can do is be there for them. Try and get their minds off the

problem. As caretakers, we have the solution we just have to learn how to solve the problems and that is where my class comes in. I had to learn the hard way. No, it's not going to be easy. No, it's not. many nights I did not sleep. But just knowing I was by her side when she took her last breath and knowing that I did everything that I could. It was worth it all.
