The second section is about the best transcription helping tools that you can use to facilitate your transcription work. You will learn how to improve the audio quality of the audio or video files that you want to transcribe, how to remove background noise or boost the audio volume, how to correct your grammatical or spelling mistakes during transcription, how to search in the Internet for hard spelling words or for nouns of places...etc. Finally, the last section is a demonstration of how transcription is done, where the instructor will give you some tips that you can use to facilitate your work.
