A management technique is not a requisite to manage the kids but the care and concern. It is the pleasure to share the strategies towards managing kids. As teachers and Parents we have a great task to manage kids of the new age who are much much ahead as we were in particular towards taking knowledge as a powerful source of existence today. They are learners by themselves and hence require more for being a Zen master rather than being a Task Masters as teachers of Parents.
