How to safely connect with spirit through grounding, meditation, and spirit guides. Developing a safe practice with guidance.

Many people feel they need to look externally for the connection to spirit or loved ones - however we are each able to connect into spirit ourselves. This programme guides you through the steps and allows you to experience whatever it is you are ready to experience.

As you develop and practice this will become easier and your experience will grow deeper, so that you are able to draw comfort from your own connection, knowing fully that we are all indeed connected - there is no separation.

Through a series of four videos you will be guided through each stage, the first stage is grounding and protection, grounding is about keeping you centred, balanced and connected to the earth energy. The more grounded you are the deeper your connection can be.

The second video takes you through awakening your chakras and spirit within allowing you to open up fully to the experience.

The third guides you to meet with your spirit guide, although we have many guides this will be the one that is coming forward to help you with this experience.

Finally you connect again with your spirit guide who leads you into a sacred space to connect with your loved ones, receive and messages and empower you.
