This class homes in on removing the mysticism and fog around one of the oldest practices in the world; prayer. Taught by aspiring Pastor, Christian teacher and Minister Zory, you will need no previous experience or background in religion to take part and discover the spiritual health & wellbeing advantages in engaging in a robust, vibrant and trackable prayer life.

Because we aim to cover the basics, this is by no means exhaustive or definitive in terms of types of prayer possible. However, if you've ever wanted to pray longer than 2 minutes, or build your vertical relationship you've often felt was lacking, this one is for you.

There will in addition be various free downloadable aides for prayer structure and immersive though-provoking tasks set out every few lessons, to keep you engaged and on your feet!
